Why it exists
Every other till in town stops when the signal goes.
Keasana was written behind the counter of a shop that trades seven days a week, by the people who run it. The whole catalogue lives on the tablet, so a brownout or a dead mobile signal doesn’t end the day — it barely interrupts it.
Restaurant side
The kitchen sees the order the moment it’s taken.
Counter orders, table orders and Grab deliveries all arrive on one screen. The cook marks off each dish as it’s done — not the whole ticket at once, because a rice meal and a milk tea are not finished together.

Know what’s about to go off, and mark it down there and then.
Every delivery keeps its own expiry date, because Monday’s milk and Thursday’s don’t expire together. What’s coming up is listed soonest first, and you can discount it from the same screen — the markdown ends by itself on the day it expires.
